This fall marks the fourth year of the Weisman Art Mob, the museum’s collectors’ group. WAM members at the Collector level or above who are interested in building an art collection are invited to learn about collecting works of art in a fun and educational setting, connect with the local arts community, and engage more deeply in the mission and programs of the Weisman Art Museum.
Events will be offered regularly throughout the year and may include:
Lecture or panel discussions with experts on collecting
Visits to artists’ studios
Tours of private art collections
Travel opportunities
An event to vote on works of art for the Weisman’s permanent collection
