This exhibition presents the Minneapolis Gateway photographs of Jerome Liebling and
Robert Wilcox. Taken in the late 1950s and early 1960s, this body of work
offers an unrivaled guide to a lost world. With Liebling concentrating primarily
on the people of the Gateway and Wilcox emphasizing the architecture, the results
are a classic demonstration of social documentary photography.
