Artful Writing Classroom Resource Kit
Explore the processes that art and writing share. This packet contains twenty color print reproductions of artwork from the Weisman's permanent collection, along with background information, and eighteen linked writing activities targeting beginning, intermediate, and advanced writers. Designed to connect with the museum's Artful Writing Workshops.

School Exhibition and Student Docent Program
The Art of Clementine Hunter

This collaborative program between the Weisman, Young Audiences of Minnesota, and the Schoephoester Family brings an exhibition of twenty original painting by Hunter into schools. Through workshops at the museum, teachers create classroom connections and students learn skills to serve as tour guides or docents when the paintings come to their school.
